It's 50k/day fine to not be there and the CBA no longer allows teams to forgive the fines.  A 20 day holdout costs you literally a million dollars.  He'll probably refuse to practice or fake an injury.  The "hold-in" strategy as it's now referred to.

Yep, he'll be there but won't be practicing until he signs a new contract or gets traded.
