Patriots trading N’Keal Harry to BearsN'Keal Harry is finally getting a fresh start.
The Patriots are trading the receiver to the Bears, according to a report from NFL Media.
In exchange for Harry, the Patriots will receive a 2024 seventh-round draft pick.
A first-round pick in 2019, Harry never truly found his footing with New England. He played just seven games in his rookie year with five starts, making 12 catches for 105 yards with a pair of touchdowns. Then in 2020, he appeared in 14 games with nine starts, catching 33 passes for 309 yards.

7th round flyer seems like a good pick up for the bears.

Harry hasn't done much in the league. Let's hope that continues.

What? Laquon Treadwell wasn't available?

Bears have Darnell Mooney who was pretty decent last year. Outside of that, it's a who's who of nobodies, draft busts, has beens and never weres like Harry, Tajae Sharpe, Dante Pettis, Eq St. Brown.

Not sure there's much competition for the Bears as NFL's worst WR group.

Didn't this division likely rank as the best WRs in the NFL?  Thielen, Diggs, Adams, Golladay, Jones... Maybe Chicago hasn't been good for a while, but dang the NFCN WR cupboard got bare in a hurry.

It sure did. If you ranked the top 6 or 7 receivers in the division, the Vikings would probably have three of them. Jameson Williams will be good, but he's months away from playing.
