At this point it appears the changes in marijuana laws have somehow facilitated Mike Zimmer getting stoned off his ass before every game and then making corresponding coaching decisions.   Two time outs in a row, ya say?  "Well I forgot.. derp!"

The two timeouts in a row was unreal
