Is RT O'Neill starting on Sunday?

Hate to be a broken record on this, but has anything been said?

I've heard that he will be ready to go,  but you would have to think even if he is that he will be on a pitch count due to missing so much time.  I would think starting him would be a little disastrous even if his replacement is Hill,  but maybe ONeill is quick to get back up to speed?

Hard to believe he'd be anywhere near conditioning shape to play an entire game...
