The doomsday clock is ticking for the Green Bay Packers organization, and it's getting dangerously close to striking 12. 
Aaron Rodgers' career reached a low point Sunday on his 35th birthday, as the Packers lost 20-17 to the hapless Arizona Cardinals at Lambeau Field. 
The window for another championship is closing if the Packers front office doesn't make the necessary changes this offseason to turn a 4-7-1 team into one worthy of its best player. 
"I think the whole organization got lazy," a source told Sports Illustrated's Kalyn Kahler. "We're relying on Aaron. Aaron is going to do it."
Green Bay's coaching staff remained clueless.

I think the best the packers can hope for is that some fresh
air makes Aaron play better.  I doubt
that there’s going to be many guys coming in that can establish a vision that
Aaron will work under.  Brady seems to be
changing his game around the players he currently has and the player he’s
become.  Brady and Brees are part of a
system.  I just don’t see Rodgers being
able to do that.  I think he’s the king,
and the system be damned.  I think he’ll
hit a wall similar to how AD did, where once his physical traits start to diminish
and he needs to change his game up a little bit to fit into a team friendly
system, his arrogance/confidence is going to prevent that.
