Was it just me...?

Or was Rodgers taking some unnecessary risks at the end of the MNF game?  They were already in FG range with 11 seconds left... and he told his coach he wanted 1 more play.  Then he completed a pass to the 10 (or so) with 6 seconds left.  And then he told his coach he wanted to try one more pass into the endzone.  It was incomplete with 3 seconds left.  Now, mind you, the Packers were out of time outs.  So a sack... or even just Rodgers tripping and falling down... and their opportunity to kick the FG was done.  Fortunately (for the Packers) that didn't happen.  But is seemed to me to be a couple of unnecessary risks- whose only upside was to help Rodgers make himself the hero (with a game-winning TD rather than a FG).

Rodgers and McCarthy have a very love/hate relationship. Rodgers has a big ego and isn't always easy to manage and gets away with it because he's probably the best QB in the NFL.

Or they didn't have much faith in the kicker.

Beathard handed the game to the Packers, but the announcers lost their virginity praising Rodgers. Gross.

Rogers is a fraud.  It's disgusting how the annuncers year after year eat his shit up.   Great QB,  but the personna is a complete sack of shit.
