Ok I have to give you props because your story is sweet. You were trying to be helpful. I know what that's like to get your thumb cut on a can because I did that. It didn't get near the bone but it bled like crazy.

I have all my parts except a gallblader. 

All my digits and parts as well.  Stumbled on a branch with an idling chainsaw and lost a pair of pants to the chain still going.  Made some nice gashes in my leg, but that the good Lord they were all superficial up there hours from medical help.
