Whats Everybody Tailgating on Today?
#1
In honor of our rivals from Cincinnati I decided that we would do their hometown specialty  "Skyline Chili",  if you arent familiar with this dish its not really a chili in the traditional midwest sense with bean tomatoes and onion and pepper chunks,  its basially a meat sauce with a pretty distinct flavor profile.

heres the kicker.... its served over spaghetti  (2 way) and then topped with cheese (3 way) add onions or kidney beans for the 4 way version,  or if you want to make it a party... beans and onions... yes folks that is a 5 WAY,  or an orgy... or as Barr likes to call it... Tuesday night.

it also makes a rocking chili dog which will also be on our menu,  as well as some fries as Tud loves him some chili fries ( and since his girl left for a long vacation he is needing some love :p )

Left over taco meat will become some sort of bean dip and/or just tacos.  Nothing fancy this weekend didn’t have much time.

This was also on the menu in the tailgate lot today. We didn't quite get to all of the variations but it was chili day in honor of Cinci. That, along with some hot apple cider and fireball whiskey kept things warm.
