Beyond soul crushing. Minnesota was right there to take it, even with all of Adrian Peterson's fumbles. It was almost surreal, that moment.

2009 was just a clock tick below 98 heart-ache for me, but barely.

98 was the one that really hurt and still does, that was the team. 2009 was my hardest season as a fan, cause I dislike Favre so much and it was nauseating to see him in purple. I was crushed in the moment, however years later, I honestly have to say I am glad we did not win, as the pain of the loss stung for awhile, but having to see highlights of Favre winning our only Super Bowl forever would have been even more painful and something Packer fans would always have on us. Rather have that first one cheese-free.

It is really great to see Murray excited about playing for the team he grew up a fan of. That was something I really like about Wentz as well. That has to be so amazing to play for the team you grew up rooting for.

Wentz really earned some of my affinity last year...For the reasons you state + he was a warrior for his teammates, coaches and fans.

Didnt cry, but cracked my less-than-year-old-big screen Sony.

With the bill of my cap, thrown at a very high velocity.
