Agreed, nothing wrong with getting input from others, but at the end of the day you want an experienced person who can make their own decisions and that sounds like it's not happening with him. That's a huge, huge problem, but not an unexpected one considering he was hired by the Wilfs with virtually no relevant football experience for the job he was hired to do. You compound that issue by bringing Grigson in to be the guy in his ear when making decisions.
