The Giants are going to ruin Jaxson Dart
#1
Let me say first, I personally don't see Dart as a franchise QB. But regardless, if Dart ends up starting, which is what I think is going to happen in a few weeks, the Giants will ruin him with this team. I mentioned a month ago that Drake Maye is my choice behind Caleb Williams to be the 2 QBs that don't make it long term out of the 2024 1st round QB class and the Patriots are doing it to him. 2 different coordinators in your first 2 years is such a huge impediment to long term success, along with having the surround be poor. The Giants are a talented-deprived team, just like New England has been and how Chicago was last year. Johnson's offensive is going to be too complex for Caleb. Dart will go down this same path.

JMO, Jaxson Dart is going to be an INT machine in the NFL. I like the kid otherwise, but it'll be something he never overcomes in the NFL. JMO.

Daboll will have to get into FAFO-to-save-his-job mode soon with Dart, in light of how utterly washed Russ is looking.  Watched a bit of that game.  Their oline isn't good and their dline which everyone is touting as a strength wasn't getting any pressure on Daniels most of the time.

Daboll knows he's done in NY, either during the season or right after. The Giants are going to pair Dart's 2nd year with a new offensive minded coach, load up in free agency/draft and build it like KOC is doing. Watch and see. Deadman Walking Daboll. If I were the owner, I'd tell Daboll that Russ is starting all year except for maybe a game or two at the end for Dart. Set the table now for 2026. This is the way. The Giants like Dart a bunch, my opinion differs.

Daboll will make someone a good coordinator...

I still contend they should have grabbed a QB at 6 last year.

Interesting how things unfolded for him, KOC, Kirko, Dimes since that fateful playoff game in MN a few years back. '

We are fortunate they didn’t or perhaps Denver is.
