I've learned that QBs don't bust overnight.

It's a series of things over a couple years, usually.

Williams was amazing in 2022 when he won the Heisman.

2023 he wasn't as good.

2024 he didn't play well.

And now he's on his 2nd coach and system in 2025.

Williams isn't trending up.

I suspect he's getting Joey Harington'd in Chicago and He's right on schedule.
