Oliver is dominant in the run game and has pretty decent hands. Not flashy like many want but he consistently shows out on film.

I’ve been an Oliver fan and supporter even when at times it’s been unpopular. Still am. Seems like a lot of money to tie up in the TE room.

Maybe they’re timing this so they can find a way to afford Addison? Maybe I’m coping??

It will be interesting to see if they can afford Addison. Bengals found a way to pay Burrow, Chase and Higgins. If the Vikings hope to do the same (and also pay Turner), they'll have to draft well in 2026.

The Bungles found a way to throw $ at those guys, but their all world DE is still holding-out the cup and dreaming of another payday.
Interesting decisions they made.

I agree, they are going to make it (much) tougher on themselves if they dont get higher % of the roster on rook contracts going forward.

Great run blocker. It's like having another tackle on the field. Hope to see more out of him in the passing game this season because we'll need it and he is the defacto backup
