Still can’t believe we got this lucky on our coach. Hopefully, he can work his magic with JJM.

Agreed, he won't play like a rookie and will hit the ground running. This year has real meaning to his development, despite being injured. Excited to see him play. He ran a pro style offense at Michigan. The coaching staff at Michigan has/had former NFL coaches on it. Play action. Throws to the middle of the field. He's seen what KOC wants now after seeing him play call all year. What works.

Again, 'hitting the ground running' is exactly right. The playbook is wide open with JJM.

I’m sure the VR training is going to be a big help in his development. By all accounts the locker room is his. He’s obviously got the QB whisperer. Time to execute.

Honestly, that's the bottom line now. The table is set. He's got what you want in a franchise QB. He's recovered 100% and is cleared for football. Just has to prove it on the field. The great unknown.

Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh, from the NFL owners' meetings, on his former Michigan QB J.J. McCarthy with the #Vikings: "It’s a great situation, and I just know J.J. He’s going to be every day. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, he’ll get in there and he’ll attack. He’s an elite competitor, and a highly talented individual. I know we’re going to have to play against him. That’s probably the second thought. I know what it’s going to look like.”

I just want him to show up to mini camp and kill it. Show that this team is yours and you are ready to take it. His work ethic is not in question. If anyone can do it, its JJ.

Does Jim know he's the second biggest McCarthy supporter? Cool
