I was reading that JJM needs a lot of muscle rebuilding will he be ready by July?
We need a vet in the building in case JJM isn’t ready.

I think this has been covered several times here on the board. McCarthy put on 12 lbs of muscle weight between the end of the National Championship game and the Combine last year, right around 45 days. He'll be more than fine as has been discussed by May 1st.

They need a vet QB in the bldg even if JJ comes to camp with +15 lbs of muscle weight
He' still an un-tested NFL rook who's got a year under his belt studying the playbook.

I haven’t been paying attention. Is there much believability that the Rams and Stafford would part ways? This feels like the worst year to drop your QB and try to find a replacement, and how much money would they save in bringing in Darnold? It looks like there would be a $50M dead cap hit for getting rid of Stafford, which would offset most or all of the savings in going with Darnold. Like if you want to prove tampering exists, this would be the scenario. There’s like no reason to dump Stafford, unless you had assurances that you could get the QB you actually wanted in FA.

I think most Stafford noise over the years has been his wife complaining on social media about, I don't know what. How having it all isn't enough for her I guess.

I can't see the Steelers pulling the trigger. Raiders, Giants, Browns are most likely.
He won't go back to the Jets. Colts still are going to resurrect Richardson.
Only way Rams jump in is if Stafford retires. But he's got much more gas in the tank than Rodgers.

Steelers may decide no to Wilson and Fields...That wouldn't be a huge shocker to me.
I think if Stafford retires, the Rams jump up on the list exponentially.
Not sure Darnold sees enough in Vegas to tempt him.
Not sure of their cap situations, but the dark horses imo are Browns/Giants.

Not just this board but every board plus Twitter and 95 podcasts. Everyone's a doctor now. A doctor on the internet who's very concerned about JJM's weight and muscle mass.
I'm guessing that JJM's actual doctors aren't concerned. Just a guess.
