I think the NFL should turn this into a awards show. Honor guys who made the probowl. Win awards for best catch, tackle, special teams play. Also do legacy awards former teams, players or coaches. Hosted by Payton Manning, music, a comedian. Keep all the political bs and things like it out. 2 hour show. Honor players and have fun. Mix in a few celebrities who are fans. No one watches or cares about the probowl.

Excited for our guys!

3 of our 6 Pro Bowlers (Greenard, Van Ginkel, Darnold) were added in Free Agency in the 2024 off-season.

The cost of those 3? Just a $14.1 Million cap hit in 2024.

Brilliant idea...Not sure it would generate the cash the NFL machine craves?

So we are now in a bizzaro world where Sam Darnold is a pro-bowl QB and Mahomes is not?

The price to resign Byron Murphy just increased significantly.

Agree. Murphy might be the biggest challenge to sign this offseason. Corner salaries are ridiculous, but with a Pro Bowl nod, Murphy can make a good argument for a top salary. If we're going to overspend, I'd rather do it there than at safety. Since it's unlikely Gilmore and/or Griffin will be back, our 2025 corner room is basically Dwight McGothern and Mekhi Blackmon returning from an ACL.
