WWE or the NFL?

Watching from home you never get to see the players introduced. You have to admit, this is pretty epic and I can say from experience attending games that this really stirs up the crowd. But has it gone too far?

Love it. Keep winning and keep refining the entrance and it'll be something even cooler, watch. I like that the Vikings franchise seems to be one of the NFL teams who is most on the cutting edge with this kind of stuff.

I don't want us to become the Oregon Ducks-- we won't-- but in general, I like most of the pomp and circumstance.

The older we get, the more this stuff seems like gratuitous hype....but many fans love it. Its more than football, its an entertainment experience. The smart star players, like Jefferson, understand that its a show as well as a football game. Get people pumped up.

Part of me misses the old days of Brent Musburger simply saying "you are looking live..." But another part of me loves the hype. The sound systems they have in these stadiums now with all the deep bass delivered by what has to be a thousand subwoofers is pretty amazing.

Be a shame if this stadium doesn't get to host a playoff game.

I hate the hype at the stadium...but I'm a curmudgeon. They aint tailoring anything to me in that place.

Just win the F'ing games is all I'm about anymore. Then I'll get excited.
