I have no illusions this kid on his 3rd team in 4 seasons is going to be another plum for our defense, but he's a former 1st round draft pick whose measurables are outstanding. If there's one role he might be able to succeed in, it could be Pace's role in a Flores defense.

He'll need to grasp the concepts quickly, that's the major problem. A tough ask as we hit the stretch run. But to your point, yeah full of athletic ability. I think this is a backup move with Murphy ready to play some snaps finally.

It’s my understanding that the Commodes new coaching staff tried to convert him to edge & it obviously didn’t work out & that the fudge Packers weren’t happy he got poached…
