Need a little help from my friends... mention Me

Hey guys wondering if someone out there could mention me in this thread so that I can see if I get an alert that I have been mentioned?

All you have to do is type the at symbol @ and then start typing my name and a pop up window will show up. Select me and then add some text to the message.

I got the alert although it wasn't readily apparent, it does show if you happen to click on the user dropdown in the top menu. I may have to see if there is a way to make the "alerts" more "alert-y" (word?).
