I knew for sure Harbaugh was leaving when McCarthy declared. The only possible way he was sticking around after getting the national title was if McCarthy came back too.

I never liked his personality, and found him "pouty and whiny" when
things didn't go his way. He seems like a strange, arrogant dude, and really nothing like the calm in control demeanor his brother the Ravens HC has. I'm glad he's not the Viking's coach.
