Vikings' 'insider' info
#11
We saw with Dobbs that adding mobility at QB opened up things on offense, but also mobility wasn't enough on its own. With the Vikings picking anywhere from 10th-12th, they are in good position to either take a QB that falls or move up for one.

We also saw that Mullens, Dobbs, and Hall are all backup level QBs. Maybe Hall becomes OK with more time, but you can't really depend on him as a QB of the future at this point. Ideally, it would be nice to sign Cousins on a 1 to 2-year bridge deal, but nothing about how he's handled contracts in the past makes me think he'll take a team friendly deal. He does like it here and stayed involved with team once he got hurt, but if anything the play off the backup QBs just gave him more leverage for a contract.

They're not insiders, just guys for whom social media is a place where they can pretend to be such.

Are you going to trust a guy who spells the word haul as "hall"?  Most of these clowns are barely literate, let alone bright enough to somehow get fed info from inside an NFL team.  It's laughable click bait.
I just couldn't disagree more! Much like the insiders on the networks, they are inside their mothers basements!

I would be shocked if that was the case. I expect they tried to move up, but most likely for Stroud. Stroud by a country mile was the best option.
If they looked to give up the farm for Anthony Richardson, I have to question their overall judgement. Perhaps Richardson will be good, but he has a huge bust risk factor. He only completed like 53% of his passes his last year in college.
