If the Saints D doesnt improve? Good luck to any of those 3 backs getting a lot of carries...Brees will be chucking the rock 42 times a game playing catch-up.

We'll see a real nfl defense this week. The Saints? They suck asz.  AP is in for a long year.

He just isn't that good anymore and very limited in a modern offense.

Then maybe he should have learned blocking at some time in past 10 years.  Also, don't sign with a team that throws 600 times a season just to get revenge on your old team on MNF week 1.

Even a head as thick as Adrian's should have gotten a clue when Kamara was drafted that he wasn't doing to be the "bell cow".  A dingdong, but not a bell cow.

AP didn't have a ton of options. And if Minnesota had a crystal ball and could have known they'd be able to draft Dalvin Cook, they never would have even made him an offer to remain on the team. The writing is on the wall but he refuses to read it.

According to AD himself the Vikings did not even give him an offer.

We didn't sign him up for 2 games last year, or 1 game the few years before.  The hardest thing to realize for an aging sports star is that their skills have diminished, and when that happens to a one-dimensional back, that is curtains.   Michael Jordan was a rarity, in that he came back to play at an advanced age for the Wizards, but his skills too were diminished.  He had to take almost twice the shots to get his points

AP is suddenly realizing that the Vikings didn't screw him at all.  He is realizing they did support him during his child abuse charges.   However, the divorce is final, and it sucks to realize you made a mistake in how you treated an organization.  It is why when you quit an every day job, you don't crap on the bosses desk and flip everyone off.  You never burn those bridges.

AP will be back to the Twin Cities after his career is over, and most fans will re-embrace him.  He will need Vikings fans, as his money won't go near as far as he, or we think it should.

Tome basically already covered it, but...hey, AP: we didn't sign up for only 3 games last year, fumbilitis, or child abuse issues...just sayin'.
