This is very consistent from what we've been hearing all year. That WR group really likes playing for and working for him. 

Dre is another one who I think has a knack for developing and improving players.

If he turns ISM into a significant contributor then he will be getting a lot of looks for an OC position very soon. KJ's growth this year was such a nice surprise and I was quite impressed with him in some games

I have concerns about Osbourn, the young'un needs to spend the offseason doing hands drills.  2 or 3 of the INTs were his bobbles, if memory serves....
