Jacksonville's stadium is 2 years older, but other than the seats looking wore out, is in pretty good shape. And most of the seat damage is just from the sun beating on it constantly. 

They were designed to have butts shading them occasionally.

Not saying it shouldn't be built to hold that, but how many bodies laying way over the rail is code?  People have to have some sense that 5-6 large humans putting that much pressure is going to wreck railings.

While I agree,  that should be a concrete wall so that isn't a threat of happening.  I would imagine it's left open for some reason,  but I was surprised to see the same metal railings like our HS bleachers have.
