It looked awkward as hell. Zimmer said he doesn't watch the field goals. Maybe he didn't know it was good and that combined with Cousins coming at him, that could explain the mixed reactions. Also Cousins was fired up because the comeback resulted in a win. Zimmer might have been relieved he still had a job and confused by Cousins. And then having the other dude behind him trying to hold Zimmer back, clearly others around them were surprised by it.

From this angle, this was definitely not some celebration, if it was the guy who was behind Zimmer who heard and saw everything would not have come in and grabbed him to pull him away.  He was obviously concerned and protecting him.
