Inspector Generals for the Secretary offices of Trump cabinet members recommended criminal charges to the following after finding significant malpractices:
1. Elaine Chao - Transportation Secretary
2. Ryan Zinke - Interior Secretary
3. Robert Weike - VA Secretary
4. Alex Acosta - Labor Secretary
For all of them the Justice Department under the Trump administration declined to open a criminal investigation. The latest was on Dec 16th 2020.
We can add the following that resigned under mounting investigations
5. Energy Secretary Rick Perry,
6. EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt
7. HHS Secretary Tom Price
8. VA Secretary David Shulkin
All these were investigated during the Trump administration.
We really did drain the swamp. All these happened within FOUR years
