Does NO even have the cap for Brees? I can see NO getting quite aggressive to backfill with quality, but their cap is tough. 
Rogers stays with GB which will keep them a prohibitive favorite for NFC
I think Seattle with Wilson should be a favorite in the Conference
IF (big F) SF gets their QB figured out, they might have quite a bounce-back year
Stafford in LA will be interesting 
Dont know how much Vikings will bounce-back, so many question marks 
Bears get a qB? Look out
AZ should be better???

Brady is definitely coming back and I am 99% sure Brees is done. I would imagine after watching film that both Brees and Payton would agree Brees has next to nothing left in his arm

DREW BREESQB, NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

OverTheCap's Jason Fitzgerald reports the Saints renegotiated Drew Brees' contract to open up $24 million in cap space.Brees likely dropped his base salary from $25 million down to the veteran minimum ($1.1 million) to help the Saints with free agency. His retirement announcement is still expected to come shortly, although his retirement papers likely won't clear until June 2nd so the Saints can save some 2021 cap space. Brees will come with dead cap hits of just north of $10 million over each of the next two seasons. The Saints could re-sign Jameis Winston to compete against Taysom Hill for the starting job this offseason. Their quarterback options will be limited because of their cap situation.

I can think of a lot of reasons why Brady should not come back: Brett Favre, Terry Bradshaw, Bob Griese, Eli Manning, Joe Montana, Steve Young - all legendary QBs who hung on thinking they were still young but ended amazing careers with disappointing seasons where they were injured and played like an embarrassing shadow of their past selves.

Quit now and he goes out utterly on top of the game. He's coming off a season with 4600 yards, 40 TDs, 4 more playoff victories, another championship, and another Super Bowl MVP. He played every game, he's healthy. He stepped away from Belichick's shadow and proved Tom was far more important to the Patriots' dynasty than Bill. I think he also distanced himself from the "Cheatriot" stain and is now better-liked nationally than he was in the last decade in New England. 

What does he have left to prove or achieve? Shove his name ahead of Brees in the only record (all-time passing yards in regular season) that he doesn't own? Kind of petty. Win the SB with 3 different teams? He isn't a free agent until he's 45. So is he playing to prove he is immortal? You know what they say about Father Time being undefeated.

I really wish Brady would retire, not because I hate him (I don't), but because it's great to see someone choose to retire while they are still playing superbly and deserve to be in the game. Too often, players are forced to accept the end by age and injury and it's always sad.

I can think of 27 million reasons Brady will be back next year.

Brady is going to go until he can't go anymore. The defense bailed him out a lot but he is still going to keep going.
