Cowboys are poised to be pretty good this year, I get it. They also have a massive stadium so they can work out the logistics of social distancing.

The issue will be egress and restrooms IMO, especially after getting a few beverages in a group. Personally I think it would be weird as shit being at a game with only a few thousand in a building designed to hold 10 times that many or more.

I'd love to see the numbers behind having X amount of fans at games. At what point does it become cost neutral? Is that the goal of having the fans? Having a game at your stadium means a lot of cost to host, but adding fans means access to restrooms, food, drinks, etc. Perhaps this is me being the nerdy economics guy, but I bet they're all looking at this.

USB stadium has pretty much been shut-down cold since the Pandemic. And that's a venue that had a full, year round calendar of events for Mpls. Motocross, X-games, Monster truck bashes for Jimmy, big name concerts, tons of events.
Sad really... I cant imagine the economics of hosting a game? Both from the owners perspective, vendors, security, utilities etc... I personally don't believe the football season will make it very long this year...Country is just doing too poorly with Covid mgmnt overall.
