I see DE as a need. Maybe not as big as Oline and DB, but I would not be surprised if we take him at #22 if our other targets at OT, DB, and WR are gone. The best way to improve your pass defense is to rush the passer more effectively.

again though,  kind of a lazy assumption (just like WR) to say we need to go DE since Griff left.

I am actually more surprised to see the losing 3 starting CBs not be more of a talking point when discussing Vikings needs.

Next Thomas Davis? Could be. Fit our defense? Absolutely. 
He’s my surprise pick. May have to move into the teens to get him.

Edit: to clarify, this is something I would look at hard. It would put our 4 defenders in the middle as Barr, Kendricks, Queen and Harris. Hill and Hughes (so far) on the outside with Harry in center field.
