Stefanski Planning On A One And Done
#1

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Browns may not hire an offensive coordinator. This would not be unprecedented as Sean McVay served as his own OC during his first three seasons in Los Angeles. Still, serving in a dual capacity as both head coach and offensive coordinator would be asking a lot of Kevin Stefanski, who arrives in Cleveland with just one year of play-calling experience. 49ers passing-game coordinator Mike LaFleur, 49ers run-game coordinator Mike McDaniel and former Broncos OC Rich Scarangello are reportedly being considered for positions on Cleveland's offensive staff, though it seems the Browns may go without an official offensive coordinator in 2020.

There’s a few orange parachutes floating around already & I’m sure they look golden to those who have leaped before him...  Wink B)

Lol!  Have fun Cleveland!  Now you have a team full of divas and a guy who can't call plays!  I give it a week before things blow up there.

Jimmy Haslam's Browns are where coaching careers go to die.
