I’m intrigued by Anthony Gordon. Lot to work with there and everything I’ve heard is that he’s whip smart and a great worker. Not saying he’ll ever be a starter, but he could be a valuable QB2

Yahoo Sports' Eric Edholm writes that Washington State QB Anthony Gordon "has some creative genius to him."Edholm passes along that prior to the Senior Bowl week in Mobile, he spoke with former NFL QB Sage Rosenfels regarding Gordon's footwork. Rosenfels -- who had been working with Gordon -- called the WSU gunslinger a "very quick study" and noted that Gordon has been "really sharp at picking up new concepts." The analyst additionally floats the Detroit Lions (who, of course, had their coaching contingent on the sideline on Saturday) as a team which could end up angling for Gordon in the middle rounds come April. To cap things off, Gordon played very well in the Senior Bowl itself (for what that is worth), hitting on 8-of-12 passes for 69 yards and a pair of touchdowns. SOURCE: Yahoo Sports
