But as much as I hate to say it, until that happens, the decision to let both Darnold and Jones go, is going to look like a big story to the media. Also doesn't help that the three players we traded—Ingram, Blackmon and Phillips—are playing better than the players we brought in to replace them.
fairness... we didnt let Jones go, he just chose to go where he had the best chance to start. IIRC we had more money on the table, but he chose Indy.

I dont recall making an offer to Dimes at all?

It was 1 year 15 million, he signed with Indy for 1 year 14 million.
