what wasnt compelling was the little that he played in his 1 preseason appearance that would suggest that he is ready for full time regular season action as QB 1.
His ball placement wasnt what I would hope for from a starting QB, I think he will get better, I am not bagging on his potential, just that what little we did see wasnt a ringing endorsement of a promising season leading a team with the primary weapon being Justin Jefferson who feasts on ball location and timing.
and if what a team/coach does or doesnt do is a mark of merit on what we discuss... well then I am not sure why we would have a message board if we are all just supposed to go blindly along with things because the team did it.
