Hurricane Harvey - Guest - 08-26-2017 We've gotten about 4-5 inches of rain since about 7am so far. We've never had water in our house but I'm sweating it now. I've been digging a trench this morning to ensure we don't. It's not that we are in a low are but more on whoever put the driveway in screwed up. It drains onto the porch if we get too much rain too fast. However we may not be able to leave our street for several days because of high water at both ends. We've had reports and damage from several tornadoes in and all around the Houston area. No one injured that I have heard of. I saw of a report of 1 person in Rockport that was killed.
