The good news for the Falcons is they have a $100 million backup...that went 6-14 for 48 yards filling in for Penix last week in a 30-27 loss. Oh wait...there is no good news.

Kirk looked washed last year....he got a little benefit of the doubt from some. But this year he's garbage so last year wasn't an anomaly.

Be careful, there are some with strong feelings that think he is destine for the HOF.

We'll see how Kirko looks with an actual week of prep. He should be healed by now, so if he's back in "starting form", he'll show it (or not) this weekend.

I'd be happy for him and for Falcon fans if Kirk can ball out this weekend. The Saints are pretty bad and probably semi-tanking, so it's possible.
