This guy is going to rock Viking's fans!!
All I could think about when interviewing him is, "damn, look at those guns! I gotta get in better shape!"

He was so darned polite and very bright and articulate. Very nice guy. Off camera, he thanked me for taking the time to talk with him. Very unassuming.

So excited to see what AB can do. I think he wreaks havoc!

Welcome Anthony! Looking forward to seeing you in action.

The Alien...love it!

I love that he said it's about getting your mind right. That's like the team motto. He is an amazing athlete and so classy. Thanks Anthony and welcome aboard.
I like how he called you sir, Tom. You just radiate authority. I assume Zimmer brought you a drink as AP toweled the sweat off of your brow after that.

Nice job Tom, I think this kid is going to be a big time player and I may have to join Neptizzle and get a new 55 jersey.

Sounds like this kid knows what he has to do.  Just another great interview Tom.  Can't wait to see him in live action wear he can hit the ball carrier.  I am expecting big things from him, both physically and mentally and it sounds like he is too.

This guy personifies athleticism. I believe he is going to continue to get better year after year so wherever he starts this year I only expect bigger and better in the years that follow.

Amazing work, Tom. By what you wrote above, I'm assuming that you had to come up with questions on the spot. I know you probably had things you were going to ask just in case you were able to interview, but the game play questions were seamless. Great flow to the interview.

Way to go!

What everyone should notice is that not ONCE, not a single time do you see a cut in the interview footage. That is pretty damn amazing. Honestly that is something else.

It is funny, Barr was un-gettable during the week, as he was either in a pooled setting with media all around him, or not available.   We thought we were done with interviews for the night, but when the Saturday practice ended, all the reporters rushed to Matt Cassel at the 35 yard line.  SWA and I headed towards Cassel, then I saw Barr, stopped, thought about it for a second and figured an individual one-on-one would be better than a group interview.  Anthony was already past us, but we reached him and he was very willing.  As for the questions, yes, on every interview you see, I have NO planned questions.  Those are "cold" interviews and the guest is getting whatever is crossing my mind.  The first question for Anthony was formulated in my head as I am turning to our cameraman (Dioxim) and asking, "we ready to go?"

And if you watch the Corey Wootton interview, we purposely left our intro to him - he was trying to sneak into the locker room for lunch! He thought it was funny.

Saw him hanging by as you wrapped it up.  Thanks #55 and Tom.  another fun interview.

Great job!  He sounds very confident and knows what he needs to do to get better.  Hopefully he learns quickly and can be an impact player this season.

This is Canthony saluting Anthony! I think the guy is going to be crazy good

Something about that kid inspires my confidence.  He's a great interview too.

I can't wait to see him on the field myself.

Got to give some love to ADGoes….he's been on this dude's bandwagon and rightly so. I think I may have underestimated Barr's abilities.
