Hi, yes this is Nolan… can I speak to Saquon please?
Breaking: After consultations with numerous doctors and experts that went into Saturday, the Eagles are placing quarterback Jalen Hurts on injured reserve, sources tell @rapsheet and me. The move will sideline Hurts indefinitely.

I'm glad (it appears) we have a few weeks to get this sorted - or not.
With our D? I think we do.

Yep, that's why they put the trade deadline where it is. After 8 or 9 games, teams should be able to tell whether they're sellers or buyers. I wouldn't feel comfortable making a big trade right now. Couple weeks might be a different story. But you're right, the decision we make isn't just about what our record is, it's also about how Murray is playing.

I keep wondering if the Eagles would move on from Saquon Barkley, especially with a potential loss today against the Panthers. Cap hits are pretty reasonable at around $4.5 million in 2027 and $8.8 million in 2028 pic.twitter.com/XrFesXwKtD

If the Vikings were interested they wouldn't say it.
Don't trade JJ.

Exactly. K1 played 1-2ish good quarters against the dolphins and 4 quarters against the saints. He’s got to stack some more games that look decent before we should sell the farm.
past that, unless we’re adding a RB that can handle 30 carries a game AND rewrite the line of scrimmage. It’s just not worth the draft capital.
But like Maroon said. If K1 is playing great and we’re 8-0. Fking go for it. Chips in.
Mason back next week. He was gone with a thumb, not a knee/hammy/ankle.
Mason1a/Jones1b/Claiborne (all healthy) should be enough without expending a stupid trade/draft pick.
Yeah, woulda been great to get a RB in the draft a year ago, spilt milk, get over it.
Teasley had better do something with that 5th round pick after JJ McCarthy completed 11 passes for 243 yards - a NFL record for an eleven minute span after coming in off the bench for the Giants.

Sigh. Did you happen to see any of the throws he made? Up and down and a really long completion should have been another INT. Even John Harbaugh said after the game that he liked what JJ did, but playing in garbage time and handling a whole game are two different things. Nobody wanted to see JJ do well more than me, but as usual with him, there's more to the story and its rarely simple.
Fans are something, man. Its just like politics. You rarely, if ever, change anyone's minds about anything. They only want their own opinions validated. Online on X was nothing short of lunacy, as some fans in NY want JJ to start now so they can make a 'Superbowl run'. 🙄
