WK 6 ~ BYE ~ Season Recap ~ Discussion ~ News, etc.
We're 5-0!!! As per the Vikings' way, it's been interesting, to say the least.
I usually don't like an early BYE, but I'm okay with this one. It will give the players time to heal for week 7 when the Colts come trotting into town. We really need them all back! Remaining schedule isn't going to be a "walk-in-the-park".
Awesome that we've had 3 S.T. players named Player of the Week.
Week 2 ~ Isaiah Rodgers
Week 3 ~ Myles Price / Also the September S. T. Player of the Month.
Week 4 ~ Will the Thrill
Murray is finally showing what he's capable of. He's 69/101 passes (68.3%) for 662 yds.
Defense... well, we all know how they're doing ~ GREAT!!!
So, what's your opinion/thoughts of the team/season so far? Any favorite highlights you want to re-share?
BTW ~ We'll remain undefeated this week too! 😂

I wouldn't have had those 3 on my card for lowest contribution ytd...
My lowest expectations going into the regular season were Tiernan and Golday.
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!
I’d bet good money that Chuck has had more than 2 snaps on D.

I don't get the Pollard interest. Do we really need another older RB? Aaron Jones can do what Pollard does. This would be a Kwesi move...
If we're going to trade for a guy, I'd rather get younger with some explosive ability.

Not a sexy choice to be sure, but he answers the bell consistently.

The bye will help with getting healthier for the November gauntlet ahead. If we can get that type of offensive output consistently on a weekly basis, we are looking at a dangerous team that has the makings of the #1 seed in the NFC.

Will Reichard has hit on 90% of his 80 FG attempts in his career, and a mind-boggling 83% from 50+ yards. He has never missed a PAT. Meanwhile, Rick Danmeier (last MIN conventional kicker) made 66%, never hit on a 50+ yarder and missed 12 PATs (when they were from 19 yards out!) pic.twitter.com/V8WT87XoV8
