Feels Good
I don't know about you but the last time I felt so confident about any part of our team was when Adrian Peterson played. I felt like every time the ball hit his hands he could go yard. It was an amazing time to be a Vikings fan.
And now I feel the same way about another position.
Will? No.
Murray? No.
Jefferson? No.
It's our Defense. Every time they line up I'm almost expecting a sack, interception or fumble. At the least the QB is going to be running for his life and wont have a clean pocket for more than 1-2 seconds.
It's an odd feeling to have. Not worried about getting burned on a big play and even if we do I always feel like the D is going to do something special to offset that play. It's almost like they kick it up a notch anytime they get burned for a play. Like they all feel that one play should never have happened and it's time for retribution.
Granted we have had an easier schedule but look at what they have done to opposing QB's.
This is a very special season so far and I'm fighting back the "Hopium" but damn.... Get JA, TJ, JM and CD back on O and if they start clicking.... Man oh man. I think we can run with anyone.
P.S. Special 2nd recognition of our ST's. It seems like every week something big goes down beyond just Will the Thrill. So pumped to see Golday punch that one out and the teams reaction to him doing that. Special stuff

As good as the D has been, and it’s been elite by any metric, I think it can get better as the young iDL guys get more comfortable. That’s no knock on LDR or TID at all.
Banks will eventually sit with the pantheon of DTs who have played with the Vikings. Not Page because he’s 1 of 1. But KWill and Millard? I have no doubt
2 tackles in 9 snaps is insane production. If he had 5 total tackles in 60 snaps that would be impressive.
