100%! This is what I thought we were going to see going into the season. We got Addison. We got Felton. We got Jennings as a stud blocking WR.
We have all these guys with legit speed, and it feels like the only way we use that speed is running deep.
With the guy from Miami, I kind of imagined we would have copied a couple of plays from the Hill-Waddle era, where you make defenses deal with having two speedsters on the field at the same time.
I think what you'll find when looking at video of the games, WRers are open. QBs just aren't finding them. It has to be beyond frustrating for KOC.

KO needs to get creative and stop this nonsense of slow/long developing plays in every series. Offenses who are successful against the defensive pressure are able to distribute the ball quickly. It's not rocket science, but it seems to be painful for KO to figure out. Rhythm and high percentage plays are critical to the continued movement down the field, new and/or young QBs, and keeping the defense on their toes. Getting our QBs out in space also helps tremendously...even Cousins was able to get out in space and when he did, he was deadly. If you want to keep calling long developing plays, buy the QB time and roll him out. If Kyler is our guy, utilize his legs and get him out in space quickly and start freaking using the RPO with him...my gosh!

Whatever they do going forward, Badger is right, they need to stop riding Jones so hard. He was never built for that and certainly not at this stage of his career.

That matches what I watched. Then they followed up by trading away their first round pick after a whopping 10 starts for a worthless 5th round pick.
Worst offensive performance in decades and they trade a QB the very next day. That is the decision Nolan Teasley made.
