Picks lock tonight: Week 3 reminder
Your Correspondent interrupts the regularly scheduled programming for a public service announcement: Week 3 is about to close, and a lot of you have empty sheets.
Pick 'Em and Survivor lock tonight at 7:15pm CT, when the first game kicks off. Not Sunday. Tonight.
Test Your Conviction locks Sunday at 3:05pm CT, when the Vikings kick off at Tampa Bay.
As it stands right now, 10 of 19 Pick 'Em entries have nothing in them, 5 of the 12 players still alive in Survivor have not made their two picks, and Test Your Conviction is sitting at 9 picks after 17 last week. Some of you are one distracted Thursday away from a very avoidable result.
One rule change worth knowing, since it came in this week: in Survivor, missing a week now costs a single strike rather than ending your season outright, and two strikes still eliminates you. A skipped week is survivable. It is not free.
