Dolphins veteran Austin Jackson: Jeff Hafley practices are fun, like Brian Flores practices
Dolphins offensive tackle Austin Jackson has been in Miami since he was the team’s first-round draft pick in 2020, which means Jeff Hafley is his third head coach. And Hafley’s training camp practices are reminding him of his first head coach.
Asked what practice was like after the Dolphins opened camp, Jackson said it reminded him of Brian Flores, the Dolphins’ head coach in Jackson’s first two seasons.
“It was fun. It was fun. It was kind of similar to how Brian Flores ran practices, very similar,” Jackson said. “We just got to team right away. Not as many seven-on-sevens, hardly any seven-on-sevens, really, with Flo I don’t remember any. Definitely, it was nice.”..........
