They’re not leaving a blue state because it’s blue.  They’re leaving because it didn’t pay them what they wanted.

Also, they’re probably not leaving.  Same thing as what happened here.  No one wants to pay until you sufficiently threaten to leave and eventually they pay up.

No doubt there is some posturing going on but Chicago's fiscal mess is different from our stadium standoff.

What a shithole Hammond is...but as they like to say...it's not as bad a Gary. The stadium site is right next to the big BP refinery. That should smell and look absolutely stunning.

Yah, Vikings were going to be in Arden Hills at one point too. I actually would have been ok with that tbh - with a big asz asphalt parking lot to tailgate on...It's all posturing.

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!
