Pretty good mini doc about the food of Minneapolis. Don't watch on an empty stomach. We tried to get into Matts for a Jucy Lucy when we were there for the Bengals game, but it was too crowded.

You'd never know it being the land of Lutefisk, Casseroles and Wild Rice...But the authentic Hispanic, Vietnamese, Laotian and Indian is about as good as Ive had anywhere in the states (barring Tx).

We were in West St Paul yesterday for some Cinco celebrations:

1). It was great to see the celebrations and people outside/care free after being so fearful the last 4 mos

2). The authentic Mex (not tx/mex) was fabulous!
