“Watch out for Kyler Murray in Minnesota. I love the pairing of him with Kevin O’Connell. I think Kevin’s fabulous, and watch out with those two together, it's gonna be a lot of fun,” said Riley on The Jim Rome Show.

“I think Kyler is very ready and eager to play. I know he’s healthy. That is one hungry guy right now. I can promise you that. I cannot wait to see that pairing of Kyler in Minnesota,” added Riley.

I love the upside of NFL players who are going from a bad situation to a good one. The "something to prove" element combined with the better surround is pert'near undefeated among proven players. Getting Murray for nothing is like the Patriots stealing Randy Moss from the Raiders for a 4th rounder. Randy went from catching off-target passes from Kerry Collins, Aaron Brooks and Andrew Walter to the Goat.

I like that we, as fans, have something potentially exciting in front of us for the season. No idea how it goes down, but even at one's most pessimistic you can't deny the upside potential with Murray. If the organization can hit on this Draft and maybe have another signing/deal go down on June 1st, it might be very fun indeed if QB1 goes right this Fall. At least that potential opportunity exists as we sit right now.

Agreed Sticky. I have no idea if Kyler is going to be lightning in a bottle.... But he could be and that makes it fun.

Is this thing STILL on?
