EAGAN, Minn. (FOX 9) - The Minnesota Vikings start their offseason workout program on Monday, which means coaches, staff and players will be back at TCO Performance Center.

Seems odd timing to start, the week of the draft, like nobody at tco has better things to do this week.

Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?
