That I could do.  Just got back and have not been able to post, not sure what the issues were. Couldn't log in on my mobile, kept getting hung up on a reCAPTCHA message with nothing to identify.

I think we had that on one of the boards that would allow users to sink pinned threads that they didn't want to view.

Please make sure we have the whack a mole mod options that kills a user and all their content in one step.  That has been very handy with our eastern European raiders of late.

Would like to discuss an auto ban on ISPs or some other way to try and prevent massive runs on the board like we've seen in the past.

I like all that you listed. I'm all for easier pic/video sharing, real functional mobile capabilities, and keeping the mock drafts in their own board.

Jimmy and anyone else interested we need to sit down and go through the admin panel and mod panel and make sure it can do everything that you want it to do.

One of the things I want this new forum build to do is to make things less confusing and convoluted. Not just for mod and admin panel but for the posting panel and jus the site in general. This current software is too damned busy IMO.
I encourage you all to go to dev.vikefans.com and register a user account. Don't futz with it too much because database is going to get wiped on the day that we move production. But it will give you a look and feel for what it's going to be like. If you run into errors, it's probably me breaking something. Oh, and there's some test data with test users and test postings and stuff like that, so if you see some weird postings, that's why.

I just got done whacking about a dozen russian spammers,  I think we need to identify how a bot/spammer can get through our existing captcha to be able to post on this site,  but long time posters cant get it to view correctly in any of a number of browsers that they use.  I see accounts that want to be activated,  but typically if they dont use a norse or at least a football reference in their account name,  I let them sit and if I dont get a request from somebody directly I go in an delete them.  Maybe some better ways to make sure that people can get invited in that are really here for site use,  but prevent spammers from dumping garbage?
