How about that Defense
That's pretty amazing in this day and age.
The Vikings are the first team since 1988 to not allow a passing touchdown in six consecutive games.

Post-merger record is seven.
Ssssshhhhhhhh. We don’t want Flores getting snagged. We have a significant talent drop off in the secondary but it’s working.
Brian Flores has faced the New York Giants three times in 5 seasons. He has allowed 0 offensive touchdowns in those 12 quarters… pic.twitter.com/LHkGXIwzDT

Ha, game threads show that fans are so over the Florez hype and he is so over rated. Clearly the Vikings will be far better off without him...
People sleep peacably at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Getting snagged where? HC? Highly doubt that happens.
Few bright spots this year...
BFlo and that D have been one of em. They deserve to be mentioned with 17, 09 and a few others even further back that I can remember.
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

11-1 against rookie QBs. How about that for changing the Viking narrative.
Flores and the defense are the only reasons we've been competitive this season and won the games that we have. Flores has earned every dime he's going to get this offseason whether that's in Minnesota or somewhere else. He's the best DC this franchise has had since Tony Dungy
There should be no doubt in anyone's mind that this team would be in the hunt for the division title if we had simply gotten average QB play. Vikings need to pay Flores top DC money.

I'm not so sure. Injuries have been brutal this year and there's been a steep learning curve with KOC as a playcaller. It took him until week 14 to start to figure things out. I think things ultimately set up for us to be a .500 team this year regardless, but better quarterback play might have made things interesting.
Getting 5 sacks in a game the offense didn't even show up, now that is something. Seattle wisely decided they didn't need offense to beat us that day and just went to 3 yards and a cloud of dust for the second half. But that was an incredible showing by the D.
