For me it was the perfect combination of bad coach and bad QB...As much as this year has been a frustration (for me), it could be worse lol!

There have been others I felt this way about. Justin Gilbert, OJ Howard, Trent Richardson, a couple this year in Kenneth Grant and Kaleb Johnson. Ponder's time in Purple pretty well defined "teams fail young QBs". He was coming along pretty well in 2012, but got hurt...

Ponder was putrid himself but Peterson was still All Day and basically the only reason we were winning any games at all. But I agree with you on the rest. Bad coaching and a bad roster at that time.
But more importantly pf why why would you ask us all to revisit this

For all the star power the Vikings have had at WR (AC, CC, Moss, Reed, AT, Diggs, Jefferson...) those were some bleak years at that position. Berrian, some large slow guy from Chicago that I can't recall a name for. Ugh it was bad.
