Joint practices with the Patriots today and tomorrow

KOC is putting JJ in the pressure cooker, all part of the plan. Same with camp, he wants this kid to feel the heat. Its so interesting because he obviously thinks he can handle it. I mean he keeps emphasizing it. Tough love going on.

I love how KOC is taking it checkpoint by checkpoint with McCarthy. The teaching is tremendous and the student's aptitude is high, always an exciting combo.

Apparently McCarthy is on fire, they're saying this is his best day of training camp so far. "Carving up" the Patriot D, per Chad Graff Patriots writer. Still about 30 minutes left in practice. JJM accuracy on point, playing 11s on 11s and Redzone. 60 yard bomb to Aaron Jones, perfect toss. JJ is dealing and Diana Russini is front and center watching it all, lol, she's visiting camp. Curious to see what she reports here soon.

It'll only get better with Jefferson in there.

When you watch the shit show that was preseason game #2, you understand why KOC values practicing against other teams more than that crap. Every team has a different agenda in preseason, some play starters, some don't, some play SOME starters, some play their starting QBs, some play only 2nd and 3rd stringers, etc. It varies game to game. Rarely do the 1s play against other 1s, 2s play against 2s, and so on. Brosmer mentioned he never did a two minute drill with the 2 receivers he had on the drive, just disjointed stuff. I'm sure there's a measure of how some guys do under all this chaos and duress but from a layperson fan's perspective in the stands or watching on TV its just all ass. UnLucky Jackson is playing his way right off the roster....the drops by some of the WRers has been shameful.
